Why not ban them for two weeks? Then a month, and if it's still up, delete? They won't get 7-1day bans?

Whether a game is 'bad' or not is a matter of opinion, making it unfair. I know that so many popular game are terrible, so just don't play on them.

OR ROBLOX could check reports/a few front page games, and if they are 'bad games', they put a big GUI in it that the creator can't remove, saying something like 'STOLEN'

Dont let this happen. If this happens just simply ban them over and over after at least 5 to 9 accounts they get ip banned. Like this would have happened to jared by now.

No. People will report games they dislike as a bad game. It would waste the moderators time. Also, what you're trying to do, is get ROBLOX to influence the community. Sadly, they can only be influenced by money.
