We rallied at 6PM EST, left ~15 minutes later.
Joined a server, no Optyx. Waited ~5 minutes until Optyx filled a second server, moved to second server with 6-7 Optyx in it, raid ended ~25 minutes later, left at approximately 6:45 PM EST.
So yeah, I can.

VOID needs a base.
I would be getting annoyed if a group starts raiding my base, but I can't raid them back.
