No. By the way the reason why it was cut out from the theatrical film is because the developers feared that some viewers wouldn't understand that part.

I'm glad they left it out, considering it was an ARCADE (about sonic, he was in 2 arcade games, Sonic the Fighters, and SegaSonic the Hedgehog, SegaSonic is most likely a Japan exclusive, and I THINK Fighters can be seen for a breif moment during the evolution of the arcade, which means it was unplugged, which means Sonic is in GCS)

they cut the characters because people probably wouldn't get the joke. also, qbert is an arcade character, so it makes sense.
