Let's say there's a final battle coming up. How do you stop the use of mercenaries? - - - - - Say 'no allies in a fb' allies join the group, Say 'No very LR in fb' They promote them to HR How can youa void this?

No point in a FB. You fight an entire war, and just end it and the winner of the final battle wins the war. What was the point of fighting the war?
