Basically, Have it how it is now. BUT Instead of letting no one reply, Let the one who wrote it (the thread creator) Post on it, in case he messed up on something.
Since most of the time, people do "Do not allow replies" is for guides, news, and more.
But since we are human, we make mistakes, so I think instead of having people make new threads, with a new version, Have it so they can post on it, but no one else, If they selected the "Do not allow replies"

Yes, support, we are just humans, but people tend to make spelling errors on purpose. {*some of them*} I agree on this, but out of curiosity the brain does work very strangely, if the word you were trying to say was, "applies," and you spelt it as, "appleis," wouldn't you be able to understand it? But on the other hand, if it were an additional piece of information added to the guide of some sort, then you would need it. This can be abusable, to a totally unrelated thread about hate/scam thread they can keep adding on negative posts, as of no one can do anything about it. I support this, but it has many loopholes to it.
