the one now is incomplete and inacccurate tis possible to get a playerb banned without him/her doing anything.this needs to be fixed!

All reports are looked at by mods. They know what they're doing - but I heard from MrDoomBringer that they only have about 5 seconds to make their decision on the report.

thatas not enough time for a fair judggement.when you hit report in should take a screen shot of your current screen and a 10 second video

They get a chat log. That's all they need for fair judgement, as there is no offense that requires any more. The report to moderator's maximum time is supposedly 3 minutes now. If they took 10 seconds or longer, it would probably end up in the hours. Also, this would bring down ROBLOX's servers, and many people's computers to the point where ROBLOX lost all it's users and had massive lag.
