--CAT NAF Members ONLY. It is rude if you are not even CAT and you post, spam, etc.-- This is NOT official, but this will give you an idea of what you will need to do to get promoted. It is hard and requires about as much effort as CAT. It is easier as you don't use raids as requirements. However, this may not always be the case. Raids will likely be worth the equivalent of two trainings, unless we fail, then it will be worth one or worth nothing. I am currently running this through Smallsplat. [Pen] --> E1 -- Go to at least two trainings E1 --> E2 Go to four trainings while E2 E2 --> E3 Attend at least ten trainings while E2 E3 --> O4 Attend a minimum of twelve trainings AND show signs of leadership O4 --> O5 Attend at least fifteen trainings while O4, show improving signs of leadership and recruit at least ten people into NAF. O5 --> O6 Attend at least twenty trainings while O5, Show above average signs of respect, loyalty and leadership, prove to an O7 or higher that you're capable. O6 --> O7 Attend a total of at least 65 trainings, have direct approval from Smallsplat, Joshua, and/or Jack. This promo guide is meant to challenge you. Anything less and you are not prepared to lead. You will certainly learn a lot from this. You may choose either the Navy rout or the Air Force route. This will be hard but it will pay off. Trainings aren't hard, that's why you have to do more here than in CAT to become an HR. I hope to see you all at the top.

65 trainings? That person must be really active in NAF for about 3 months in order to achieve something that high. At the rank under it. ~CAT Commander~
