Ever accidently banned someone? to prevent this, you would have to confirm it before you make someone banned, admin, member.
Say support if you think there should be a confirm button to promote or ban someone. |

No support. No one accidently bans someone. Unless you your bad and need sticky keys.
And when people go to ban someone the want to do it fast because if the person is being banned they're abusing and you want to get them out of the game fast. Not wanting to "confirm" |

This happens sometimes guys, you are going to promote someone or demote them and maybe you move the mouse slightly in the wrong direction or you get preoccupied and happen to ban them. At first you may think they just left or something when in fact you banned them. |

Most people, if doing nothing wrong, would complain when banned from a PBS; and can easily be removed through configure place.

I don't think you can accidentally ban someone. I think it doesn't give a warning because if there is a C4'er, we'd need to hurry up and ban them, right?
