I think it should be "BC players can play X number of R$ to make their own texture for an existing hat.", and these hats are either:
-Exclusive to that player.
-Have a price floor of 500R$ to buy.
Now, I know you're gonna type "BUT WAT IF DEY MAEK A DOEMINUSE?!?!". Moderators (or bots, because it's obvious they use them.) can check the texture, and if it's more than 50-75% the same, the purchase is cancelled, and even if it's a lime green domino crown, or a rainbow dominus, it won't be barely as valuable as it's rare counterparts. So yeah, it'd be a pretty neat feature.
