If you get Crazyman32's plane kit you should be able to put the dustpan in that, and delete the parts you don't want.

I noticed one problem with the model. When you touch the seat you fall down seated. The model will still fly but it looks dumb falling before flying. You could fix this by laying the dustpan down so the seat is horizontal.

You put it in starterpack when in studio then save and publish to roblox. I can't do that for you , press F1 to open the roblox wiki. read how to use studio. Look in the left column for roblox studio. Go to your game page and click edit. Insert the model and cut/paste it in starterpack. Save to roblox.
