A few days ago, I relogged and my character wasn't there anymore. It told me to create a new character with a new username, so I relogged several times. In the end, I created this new character, Curopie. I can't access my old character, Curopin, but if you search him up, his profile is still there and everything.
I made sure that it was the character to log in with and I only have 1. I dont think my account was hacked since if it was, so would my facebook, because I log in with that. Now, whenever I log in, it goes to this guy instead of Curopin. Can someone help me get my character back or tell me what happened? |

Oh yea, one more thing. I didn't post this earlier because it kept saying error, so tweeked my message a bit and it worked this time. I only have one account, my facebook account I log in with. I made sure it was the same facebook account and whenever i log into facebook, thats normal, but my roblox won't go to Curopin. He isn't on without me either since my brother plays daily and checks if he is on or not. |

You probably got keylogged. That's all i know, sorry. Maybe some other people can give you some more info. |

So, the same thing happened to me. I'm Curopie. Roblox did the same thing to me again and it asked me to make a new character. It has been a few days since I made this character. I didn't want to use any names I thought of because I didn't want to lose them. My character is gone again, and he is just like Curopin now, you can search him up, but you still can't find him. Is there any way I can get help for this? |

Hello Curopie,
If you've lost you Account please Send a message to [email protected]
and by that you'll need to send it with the mail that you sent to your user if not they won't possibly give you the Account back,
if you do not Own this then there's no way of getting it back if the Owner blocked the user.
