how do i make a car drive not how to drive one cause i made a tank but when i try to sit i dont sit and my drive tool wont make it go?

you could use one of the new seats, where you sit and it you drive with the arrow keys (no tool required) if you want one they are in the car parts section of the insert tab

maybe couse the other brick is anchor or snap to the a andchor brick?

When you sit does it say: Speed:0? If so then you dont need a drive tool
