No support, because that would mean that the players who have OBC would just have some dumb OBC theme, and removing that is against WNTS.

This is not against WNTS he's not suggesting to get rid of obc themes. Obc themes shows that, that person purchased obc. It's nothing special about it.

I don't support because it's giving only BC users the chance to get to chage the skin of their profile instead of NBC users which is giving BC users more features. That is also against the WNTS.

Support if it's possible to moderate them in a timely manner. No support if it isn't. We already have enough problems with decals, clothing, models, etc. needing to be moderated in a timely manner.
