A small refinement on an earlier suggestion.
The ability to mass upload decals, t-shirts, pants, and shirts would be a useful time saving measure for the community. A feature like this would help us upload things quicker as opposes to having to navigate to the upload page for each upload. This does not create extra work for the moderators because the same amount of content is being uploaded, its just in short spurts.
The ability to also mass configure items you upload would be extremely beneficial also. Think about it, it takes forever to set decals and other items to public domain or change the description for individual items. The ability to mass configure items would speed up setting up various content for our use.
