("NBC ads" is referring to the offsite ads that appear for NBC users.)
When I go onto my NBC alts, there are some extremely disturbing advertisements. One for example, and I quote:
"Ugly person dating site"

"Give ugly people a chance"
(If I get banned for that, that's not fair, since I'm posting an issue.)
I believe that ROBLOX Moderators/Admins should MODERATE what ads they allow on Roblox. There are some worse ones that would for sure get me deleted if I posted it on the forums (if you want an example, Mods, PM me so I won't get banned...). There are young kids on this site.
I rest my case.

The ads are based upon what you have recently searched.

They are!
I'm not kidding. They're based upon recent searches. They search what is "relevant" to you.
For example, I've been getting a lot of Illinois tourist ads because I've been looking around the information for BloxCon Chicago.

@1204
I don't go on dating sites, and hardly use Google. I'm scarcely on a website other than Roblox/Youtube, and those Websites are a foruming site in Beta testing, and Twitter. Why would I be searching "Ugly People Dating Site" when I'm a kid..?
What search engine did you use?

You don't know if anyone else uses your computer. I use many different search engines, besides Google, because I hate google.

@1204
It is possible that it depends on your computer or your browser. What Internet Browser do you use? (i.e. Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)

As 1204 said,the ads are based on your the sites you went to/searched.
You can always press the [ Report Abuse ] button whenever you see an inappropriate ad.
After all,the mods can't filter out the ads as they're google ads.They'll only remove those that are reported/encountered.

But still, it shows on a kids site. It doesn't matter if it's based on history. The fact is that it is on ROBLOX and is not with the rules.

One time I was on an NBC alt and I saw an ad with nude females and nude males. |

The ads are chosen based upon your recent search history, so someone must've been on a "no-no" site in your household.
Also, the solution is Adblock.

Just checked my history. None of it has ANYTHING to do with the ads I see.

I never been on a 'no-n0' site in my household, still, I get nasty, dirty ads. |

Ads are based on what is searched and the sites you go on. |

Don't we kind of get the point: "Ads are based on recent searches," ._.

I think ads should go through the Roblox System first before allow it to appear on the site. And yes, it's true some ads are based on your recent search. Just like when my brother searched on Google a website on selling items in Philippines(Just like eBay, but i couldn't post the name of the website since I could get banned). But sometimes an ad that is not related to your search history can be natural. If you want to get rid of offsite ads, buy BC. I'm an NBC and even though I use Chrome, ads didn't bother me in any way. Clear your search history if you searched for something that you don't like to see as an ad.

It doesn't have to be you, it could've been someone else.
