Anyway, I’m stepping down to an advisor position- I’m not quitting UAF, I’m just no longer leading.
As Legislature and Head Justice FalseWarrior000 has declined to take a leadership position, Legislature and Urban Development Head Bloxman26 is to fill the role of Commander until:
a. He decides his leadership has run its course and chooses to end it, at which point he will pass the group to any dedicated UAF high rank he deems fit.
or
b. The people pull together and achieve a legitimate petition with 25 dedicated UAF member signatures to enact an impeachment vote. If a 65% majority is achieved out of the total number of voters, he pledges to hand the group to the next person in the command chain, excluding myself.
In addition, he pledges to allow myself to advise him in whatever way I deem fit, while how he uses that advice is entirely up to his discretion.
This isn’t meant to be a major change, as I've had the high ranks lead UAF collectively for quite some time- honestly, you won’t see a huge change just yet (until the new tech releases, but you’re aware of that)- and it’s nothing to fret over, for sure. I’ll continue doing work behind the scenes as I always have, and blox will continue work as he always has, with only a slightly larger responsibility on his shoulders than he had as third in command.
I’m confident in his abilities, and should he agree to the above terms, I will be more than happy to settle into my new position, and allow him to settle into his, for the better of the Urban Assault Forces and its people.
