This is how I fix it, I just close the game that I tried to go to, test out another game, (see if I can connect to that) and if I can, I try and get back in the game I previously tried to go to.

Go on norton 360, click settings, firewall then on firewall reset it will say reset press it and go on a game (thats what i did)

Its ok, if you have any problems with stuff of the games just do that instruction!
