^Above, no it won't, just let their be a script of some sort that when someone gets banned, it saves the reporter in the database, and it gives them 10 tix when the person gets banned.

I think it should be opposite. you should lose tickets for every report so people will only report when they are certain that someone is breaking rules

Better, take 10 tix from a reporter. If their report is accepted, they get 15 back. Otherwise, you just lose if because you're wasting moderators' time
