As of 9:05 4/15/13 EST the Phoenix Rising coalition is abolished, to be replaced with the Union of Aligned Sovereign States. Every clan under the PR, SN Vassal System, or any other protectorate of the Shadow Nation or Myself is now drafted as a new nation within the UASS.
