Not going to say which one of the ones I am in.
There is a training.
One MR and HR are there before I come.
They do CTF.
I switch to trainers to make it even, then the MR keeps getting killed by the HR. I start helping the MR, then the HR gives himself 1000 health and a minigun, while the MR can only use a sword.

I understand now...
The HR is an Ex- VSO.
They also posted to the shout: I do not want people to complain of some trainers being cheats Juggernaut is part of training if a trainer kills you in Team VS he has skill and you need to practisce there is no need to rage quit. I think rage quit would be a demotion to my... (That's all that was there)
Then they posted on the wall that they demoted someone for not wanting to fight the HR while they had a minigun and 1000 health, the they being the HR. |

I do juggernaut at my trainings, for fun. Give someone 4000-10000 health, depending on what the trainees say they want the "Difficulty" to be, and everyone just uses swords. |

But giving yourself a minigun and 1000 health, and having one other person try to kill with a sword, is just...
Then calling it skill when you kill someone and saying they need to get better..

In reality, I am the most educated there. The rest of the HRs just follow bandwagons. The "2ic" Malovux, just received that rank without doing anything, except making the logo. I am unsure if he did make it or not. I have made: Rank sashes, Training shirt (sux because I did it at night), uniform, training place, and more. I was the SiC, but the leader gives people promotions, and keeps the 40-60 HRs there are, because if he demotes them they will leave. He has no idea how to run the group and is completely dependent on everyone else in it. I try to tell him to get rid of some of the HRs that don't do anything, but he refuses because "they will leave."
My response to his "they will leave."
If they leave over a slight demotion, then they really didn't deserve to be a HR.
He eventually does demote one person that was inactive, then said "Is that good?" |

A post that the leader deleted. This is from a HR: "Guys can someone donate me? Except cake. I want no answer from cake. Go to my game and buy gear. NO ANSWER FROM CAKE. NOTHING SAID AT ALL FROM CAKE."
He messaged me at least twenty times asking me to donate. On the last one, I just went out and said that if I didn't donate the first twenty times he sent it, why would I donate to him now?
Guess he didn't like it, I really don't care that he didn't like it lol. |

That same HR that begs for donations also freaks out over grammar, saying "YOU MUST HAVE GRAMMAR OR ELSE YOU WILL BE IGNORED!!!1"
He freaked out over people forgetting to clear the shout after a training is over. Post it was in: "[MSG] I SAID IT BEFORE AND I WILL DAY IT AGAIN. IF YOU MAKE A COMMENT DAY "[Follow me]" "[Training]" OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT I EXPECT YOU TO SAY IT IS OVER. UNDERSTOOD? 3 WARNINGS THEN DEMOTION."
I tell him to calm down. His response: "NO ITS ANNOYING I SAY IT OVER AND OVER AGAIN AND THEY STILL DON'T LISTON"
He left, then came back begging for his rank back. His argument: "CAKE LEFT AND GOT HIS RANK BACK THOUGH!!! I ONLY LEFT FOR TEN MINUTES!!!"
I did not beg for my rank back though. I didn't say anything about it and got it back.
Some of the HRs give people two promotions in one training. Some give people a promotion just for showing up to a training.
Really, I should just leave and not do anything for them anymore. See how much they rage. |
