Hey there, UAG members, some of you think there is not a lot to compete for, but I think my proposition will change that. Im thinking "Soldier of the week" to be put in the group description, the HRs will vote in a Soldier of the week, this decision will be made every sunday. Remember, this is a vote, do you think this would be a good system? Post Yes or No below dependent on your response. DO NOT post on the group wall your response, it will not be counted. I agree, I'm saying no. It would also be quite a hassle because there aren't many LRs to pick from which would lead to people voting for the same soldier every week. If I and the others against this are outvoted then I recommend it be done once a month rather than a week to give more time for new soldiers to get a chance.
