It would be fun to have a laugh on some forum posts just having a link of a funny decal on a forum post by links.
But
It can also be a gallery of artwork so you can show your creations with paint programs. It could also make the player showing art get people to try and buy artwork from them, So they can become successful. It would make it easier with this since you could copy and paste a link of some art from your roblox decals.
And
There could be in-game links to peoples games, Like if they are trying to show off a great building project. Maybe just put the link of the place in the forum, and when it's viewed, people can click the picture, and then go to the link of that game.
Not good enough..? How about groups...
Some people might not have the skill to make an ad, or have money to bid on one, There could be another thing to do. (Yes i know there are group recruiting plaza but this is for G&G mostly.) People could post their group links onto the forum post and get new members from the forums to join, But to get them to join you would need to give a full description of what the group is about.
Well that's all I can think of, I think if this was made, lots of people could be happy and have a laugh on a forum post that is a joke, or join a new group, or advertise.
