I think that floodcheck time should depend on the amount of forum posts without a ban/warning. The more posts, the less second floodcheck has, the more threads we could reply in an amount of time. I'm a flower.

No. If floodcheck is a problem for you, you are probably spamming. Slow it down. I barely notice floodcheck.

The floodcheck is annoying because I tend to make constructive replies, yet I'm limited in how many I can do before I get tired of waiting and just stop altogether.
