Was my ability improving at all? I kept at it.

You questioned whether your ability was improving at all. You kept at it.

I timed myself each time I went up the small mountain, attempting to go faster each time, or atleast eventually improve by a good maragin.

-GOLIATH- You slowly get better at climbing. -ARK- Neither comments on that.

#101282703Saturday, June 15, 2013 1:01 AM GMT

-GOLIATH- You do fairly well, until some of your footing slides, and then you start to tumble down, and hit the ground. Ouch.

FRIG. I got up after a minute.. And walked back inside.

I shrugged. I get and leave. Outside, I see Goliath climbing, absolutely drenched in sweat. "You thirsty dude?" I ask him.

[Soon.] I went to find monkey, once I dressed and such, to ask him a question.

Laughing maniacally, Bates slipped the new and improved explosive knives into the bandolier across his chest. He'll have to find real armour and a combat vest later, once the two team leaders were done banging each other or something. Taking his SS-M2--modified with a bipod and large drum to become a light machine-gun--Bates went down to the sandbags to shoot bursts at some targets.

-Goliath- You find Monkey. -Bates- You go down there.

Adjusting his iron sights to around a 150 yard mark, Bates aimed at some targets and shot just like he said; bullets in bursts of three of four for each target.

"Monkey, I got a question for 'ya." I pointed to my gloves, "Emily made me these gloves that doubled my strength.." I explained the story of how I got them, and how I lost them, before continuing, "She said it took her a real long time to make, and doubted anyone else could. Which made me wonder, is that even out of your skill range? Being probably the best mechanic in the forces, it made me think about that."
MarkJarkson
#101298563Saturday, June 15, 2013 3:20 AM GMT

-Bates- You do that. -Goliath- "Far beyond my skill level."

#101298972Saturday, June 15, 2013 3:24 AM GMT

"Than how does that work? I doubt we'll ever see a mechanic as good as you were.." I frowned at this.

It's more electronics and stuff, and I'm just mechanical inclined. And you heard Emily, she's honestly the gadget girl, and if it took her a long time, imagine what it would take me to just even figure out how to increase your strength by half a pound.

"But, with that being said you'd probably be able to do it lickity-split if you had the blueprints and such on how exactly to make it?"
