Could you provide the actual message you receive? Are you referring to the Account link in the black navigation bar?

Yes, im referring to the account button. When I click directly on it, it acts like I just entered the website and takes me to the home page, after showing the link in the bar at the top, https://www.roblox.com/Membership/NotApproved.aspx?ID=17274515
