Hai gais. I'm trying to change my Email address because the one that's currently connected to my account is from like 3 - 4 years ago and I can't remember which one it is. When I go to my account to change email, it says 'To update or add your parent's email address, please have your parent contact our Customer Service Department at [email protected]' This means I can't see any way to update my Email address on this account. Any help would be appreciated. =) ~Humans are like apples; they can be eaten.

I have the same problem, difference being that I actually have no idea whos email address is registered for my email, maybe I was hacked a few years back. But the bad thing is I can't change it again :( Customer help never helped me, they said they sent an email to my mums email and my mum never got one. :/

Contact [email protected] and say that you currently email attached to your account isn't active and say they should change it to you or your parents email.

God. I joined maybe 8 years ago, so the account i'm having this issue with is VEEEEEEERY OLD. Anyhow, not only does it mean that I can't comment, I also can't edit my ranks and descriptions in my groups properly, nor can I send PMs on my main account anymore or even USE THE FORUM. [Which is why i'm sending this from my main alternate account.] Anyhow, this needs to be fixed. ROBLOX started this mess, and it needs to fix it. I say reset everyone's emails at once on the site so that everyone will be able to get a fresh start again and fix this issue.
