Alright, to everyone that was part of the thread, I thank you, and I finally have an answer after a month.
There will be 3 types of chat options that players can select in parental controls of Account Settings if above the age of 13.
The first type of chat is called free-chat. Free-chat allows you to type ANYTHING. Only people in Free-chat will see your swear words, and words not allowed regularly.
The second chat is called Anti-Swear chat. This chat option is for the players who want to talk, just not type or see swear words. If they try to type swear words or use symbols like #!@$@#$%!#$ in creating a swear word it will show up as ****. The "*" will be as many letters as the real word has, or it can be any value. For those who pick this option, please don't ruin it by fake swearing with numbers or symbols.
Our last and final chat option will be safe-chat. Safe-chat copies the same exact safe chat as we have today. Though I ask the mods to add a tad, more selection options. |

Or you can just use Alt+0173 and let the Anti-Swear people see your swear words anyway.

Alt+0173 is a soft pause that doesn't appear when submitted.
Example:
*To chat, click or press /*
*As-s*
*press ENTER*
*Ass*
Get the picture?
If used, it can bypass the filter. |

Thankfully it's kind of rare to see someone use it.
There are other soft-pause altcodes though.
Alt+0157 is exactly the same, except that it doesn't appear as a -. |

While maybe they can use Alt+0173, the majority of players have no idea what that even is.
