What I see in USM raids.

Here's the things I've noticed at bases: --- Rush the hostiles base and die --- Stay at base and hope no one notices your not doing anything --- Gaining a large amount of men and rushing there base= Everyone dead giving hostiles more kills --- Trying to fly or take a heli/plane and "Paracute" behind enemy lines and kill every last one of your men --- Leaving a flag right after you take it --- Going to a hostile controlled base right after they take it thinking its clear --- Trying to hop into the hostiles base [STUPID]

I left USM because they have nothing all that can benefit me in anyway and their immature. Now, I do plan to join the US Marine Corps in real life, but that's a story for a later time.

Heh, just what I wrote but smaller. But, yea things need to change. Though it needs to start at a higher level as low ranks only do what the officers tell them too.

Some CJCS+ don't agree with this. But that should be made for EVERY branch, not only Special Operations (So that's why they're good at their job...)

It's the low quality DI's, when you finish BMT you suppose to go from noob-soldier, most BMT grads stay in between that transition, when I was trained the DI's where alot harder, not so nice, and yelled, any training I've been to recently, I havent been called sht bag once. It may be because I'm a Marine though, one Marine DI back in 11' even got banned from Roblox for excess swearing and abuse, that needs to happen more often.

I had the chance to sustain one of X101st242's BMT's. Ah, the good ol' times when DI's yelled at told you your mama would do the course faster... That made me nostalgic.

Another problem is that officers think they're better than everyone else. I'm enlisted and I could probably lead a defense of around 10 men against 10 raiders and do a better job than most of our staff. The USMC has been trying to bring back good training. DIs are starting to get a bit harsher more training focuses on using the M4. We are doing live fire exercises. Lot more skirmishes than trainings now. Who else agrees with me a skirmish between branches I.E. Navy vs CG, USAF vs Navy, Army vs Marines, etc. is better than any training today. -When the pins is pulled, Mr. Grenade is no longer your friend.-

Yeah. I think part of the problem is that nobody ever HOSTS trainings anymore, or that the training bases are being ignored in favor of warzones. USM is still climbing out of the corrupt hole that Willum put it in.
