Roblox Player and Studio for Windows RT

I have my only tablet, a Surface RT. I play Roblox, but I want to try out Roblox on my Surface RT with touch screen. I can't just go to Roblox.com and click play or build cause I have an RT device. Can you build an app for RT and put it on the Windows Store? Thanks.
