roblox only lets me download roblox player will donate!

my dad has tryed everything on my computer and i dont think i got hacked. i rlly need help and i will donate ALL my tix to you if your advice works! plz help me if im forced to quit roblox it will make my friends sad or something! PLZ HELP! thx, thomasfan :)

If you mean that once you have got roblox download and you click Run to install ROBLOX and it comes up with a error if the error is is something like a version folder then go to that directory and placed the files on our desktop so there not in the Folder then run it if it still comes with error saying File doesn't exist then rename create the folders it says is missing and place the Install Program for ROBLOX inside then run it from there it worked for me.... You may need your Dad to help you with these steps message me if you need help.

Go on google, Google up Studio 2013, Go on the blog page, Download ROBLOX Studio 2013. Go on www.roblox.com/install Install ROBLOX Player. If they do not open up, here are some working solutions: 1) Get a better firewall, for E.G. ZoneAlarm firewall. 2) Unblock ROBLOX from firewall. 3) Check if your computer is compatible to ROBLOX, if it's not compatible then you'll have to buy a new computer.

heres something i didnt mention: roblox is running on google chrome(no big deal). and it says "could not load roblox launcher plugin". thank you for trying but there are no error messages and im pretty sure my computer is compatible. thx for the help! thomasfan :)
