So...since the title says "Monthly", i'm scared that Roblox will take away 6 bucks away from my credit card every month, so is it a month membership or monthly? |

It's a recurring membership, so if you don't to be charged every month, you'll need to cancel your membership before the next month begins. There should be a link to do so in the upper right corner of the builders club page, where it displays your current BC status. |

i also want to ask, if i make a Place, Badge, Gamepass, Shirt, etc., will they and my BC hat and Theme get deleted? |

Nothing you create gets deleted : ) However, selling items to other users is a BC - only feature, so you'll no longer be able to sell your game passes / shirts once your BC expires. |
