I am aware of this issue. As a substitute for the in-party reports, please use the Report Abuse button on the user's profile. I will look into this situation - I have also informed ROBLOX.

This is a common issue - Whatever browser you are using, is not working. Example: I used to get PMs that had no title, and I couldn't open them. It would be open for years, until I found out Google Chrome works. I'm sure for other problems (including this) will be fixed with a different web browser. If you only have one, try Right Clicking the report button, and press Open.
