Right, so if you are new, I would read this first: http://www.roblox.com/Forum/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=9638402 and once you've read that I would recommend reading this too: http://www.roblox.com/Forum/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=9646708 If you've read those, you might of made something cool! So first I'm going to teach about surfaces! They do two things. Well, they can add a little decoration such as 'Glue' can be used as a water effect! More than that, they make other things stick to one brick, or two bricks, or 1 million bricks! But I warn you now, these things are NOT necessary if you 'Anchor' the bricks, which you will learn about here: http://www.roblox.com/Forum/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=9646708 So, unless you need the bricks 'UnAnchored' I'd anchor the rest So, you may have seen 'Motor' and been excited by it! Exactly! You can do lots of things with Motors, first setting them up; Make the 'Top' Surface a Motor, now, look for 'TopSurfaceInput' and make sure that is set to 'Constant' after that, looks straight above it 'TopParamB' this should be set to 0.1 you can make the number bigger if you want it to go faster! Another useful surface is Welding, basically it's impossible explode! Easy, 'Studs' connect with 'Inlets' Something else to look at is: http://wiki.roblox.com/index.php/Brick_Surface_Types Should I make another one? Tell me in a PM! I hope you liked my tutorial! Good Luck Building! --Blinkery
