Can somebody tell me what is wrong here?

Every time I try to play my game or a game on the "Games" section, when the window pops up it shows up gray and says " UNable to upload graphics" and "FRAME Returned Null" I am thinking of quitting ROBLOX because of this Can somebody tell me ways to fix this problem? Please, I dont want to quit roblox but it wont let me play even the game I made! I am really deseperate for the solution and I will accept any suggestion! Please, I do not want to quit ROBLOX!!!!!
