Initiate-
Got your first promotion, congratulations. Starting to learn the basic Sword Fighting, and grammar skills. Was recognized and promoted for over average skill for that duration of training.
Apprentice-
Your last Lower-Rank, you did exceptionally well, noticed enough to get the 3rd and final Lower-Rank. To qualify for this rank, you are starting to gain better skills in the Leadership, Sword fighting, grammar, teamwork skills
Novice-
You are starting to become very well noticed by HR's with your ability, to gain this rank, you must show growth in all of the essential skills for becoming a HR.
Disciple-
You are getting very good in these skills, Must have good grammar, discipline, Shows great growth, noticed a lot by HR's for there skills
Grand Elder Assassin-
Your first HR, Shows advanced skills in all category, must be ready to train, and lead our men into victory.
