BC members should be able to make hats. But only retextures. I have made 2 retextures, and want to share them better. So, BC members can only make 1 hat a day, while Turbo BC members can make 10. How do you like? If you don't have anything nice to say, then don't post.

Did it ever occur to you that not all BC members know how to re-texture? It would be unfair for those who don't know how, and I don't blame them. I tried re-texturing a hat before, and it failed.

I've never heard of Turbo BC members, but I think it would be awesome for people to make hats!

It will ruin all the hat recolors.What if somone buys the green banded hat and recolor it to the red banded hat?

So, only good retexturers can make hats. I JUST started retextures, and I'm awesome at it! Look at my first 2!
