Message Rules Question

So I was looking for the rules regarding the creation of offsite forums. Obviously I am not allowed to post links on the roblox forums, but would it be okay to put together a forum and tell my friends about it in a message, or for group activities? In specific, I want to get friends together on a forum and organize and coordinate our game activities, and since I couldn't find any rules about the limitations of links in messages I came here.
