okay so a guest comes into the place and deletes all your stuff(if its a building game sometimes) you're about to report them to the place owner and then... uh-oh. guests cant be banned...so imagine its Guest 6983...if the number always stays the same they would be able to get banned from places and thus they will(hopefully) learn not to be annoying.it would stay the same on the computer and if all the numbers are taken it could go into Guest 11111.

That's stereotypical... Guests are kind, nice, and curious, most of the time. It CANNOT stay the same, as it is generated everytime the guest enters. What you are asking requires adding special files to a person computer, they wouldn't appreciate that, and it makes it bad for a LOT of people to play. It is up to the creator of the place to make it impossible to delete.

That's not a very good idea. It's agaisnt the rules to ban guests.
