-Every time I join my own place, my game shuts down after 2 seconds of joining. -Whenever I go to a place with dynamic lighting, I lag every 5 seconds. -Everyone around me freezes but their text bubble moves along with them. And no, its not my internet. I don't know whats going on, please help.

Sounds like a graphics card problem. Though your PC may be new enough to run Roblox, it doesn't mean that everything meets the minimum requirements.

The graphics card thing may be a problem. But what I am really concerned about is my place. Everytime I join it automatically shuts down, even if I transport it to another account or join my place on another account. And this is pissing me off.

I am experiencing lag every five seconds or so too... ...and it really annoys me, since I am now unable to play fast-paced games like Flood Escape and Natural Disaster Survival... ...oh, and someone told me that it was an unfixed frame rate issue. Not sure about it though.

OP, it's not an account problem. It's something on your end, most likely to be graphics.

You can just disable shadows in Roblox Studio settings. I did this and it never works.
