Item Owners Able to Delete Comments

The owners of games and items frequently find their comments under the game/item spammed up, and they probably don't respect that. What they want to see is comments on the benefits or problems with their game, not mindless spam. This owner should be able to remove the spam with the simple click of a button, so they can discern what is beneficial from what is spam without searching through the pages of the game/item. {~Omnovia~}
