Straight away I am going to say that this is the new forcefield.
Ok so the forcefield when you spawn has this blue sphere around you. If you remove that you have a white light that I'll call a shine effect. This shine effect should be able to be taken by normal users in the properties where you find pointlight,spotlight,fire,etc. This forcefield effect would be easy to implement and could have properties of its own.
It will have to be parented to a part.
Movement speed:
Angle of movement:
Colour:
Size:
So far that''s all I can think of but this called be amazing. Certain games could use this in crystals, lobbies, bosses, etc. So please support this idea and if you do not support, re read this whole post and then say exactly WHY.

Breaking news
The force field sparkle is a normal white sparkle, but with more then one in it
I edited what my sparkles look like, theforce field sparkles changed as well |

UnBuild. It is not the regular sparkle. Do you know what the regular sparkle looks like? (You probably do). You can't edit the forcefield sparkle and the only way to get it is to use the forcefield. Why isn't neccessary.

Open up your
LocalAppData > Roblox > Versions > Find the newest version that ROBLOX uses atm
Go to
Content > and (I believe its in textures, on iPhone cant check)
Find the picture of a sparkle, now make the full image black or gray
Save and look at forcefields |

Its not just one picture, its lots. Besides you cant change the size without the properties whilst still having great quality. You said it's like the sparkles. So it should be accessible to all users. You can't change the colour with your reply either. There are lots of properties that can't be changed with the way you said. Besides roblox obviously has an image for this forcefield sparkle. So it shouldn't be too hard to implement. Just change to support, it's scriptable to a poor standard. |

I know for a FACT that it is one image, as I have mine edited to be only a square.
I only change ONE image. |

Your missing the point.
It is only 1 image.
You can't change most of it's properties to a good standard.
It is not just one image. There is a sparkle that rotates, and a sort of "white rain" effect.
Now I think we can agree that this flame war on my forum should be stopped. If you put this in the place where you can get spotlight,pointlight,part,etc.
Properties it could have,
Colour
Size
Speed of rotation
Direction of rotation
Transparency.
Now I realised a flaw with having 1 image, you can see the forcefield sparkle from all angles, and it's always the same, like the sparkles.
I clearly don't know what I'm talking about but your missing what I said before, it needs to be to a good standard. |

I miss the old forcefield, q.q.
But when I went to a game that has a similar forcefield to it, I was like hmm... why did I miss this again? Maybe they removed it because it was giving people seizures... e.e

It's a single core image, duplicated multiple times of differing sizes, yes?
But, why does that matter? Wasn't this a suggestion to allow it to be added to a part in-game to act as a particle effect like Fire or Smoke? Or have I misread somewhere?

@Winner, I'm not talking about the forcefield at all. Your just saying that you don't like the new one so you don't support. That's not a valid reason so I'm changing it to a support.
@Unbuild, your completely missing the point! IT'S NOT MORE THAN ONE SPARKLE IT IS A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT EFFECT! So I changed that to a support as well, until you can make another reason which is idiotic. I am starting to get annoyed, oh wait your name is Unbuild of course you don't want this implemented. |
