How can one become a kage? is there a special test, or do you have to ask a creator/kage? also limits on certain jutsu would be nice like someone with water shouldn't be able to use fire jutsu.......but a jounin can have a second element which could be anything.......also you could ad kekkie genkkais as a game pass(like corrosion style, ice style and such)...

yes yes and yes your so right ppl of jounin lvl should have a second chakra natuare also becaz everyone is born with one but like let say some one is like sage or anbu 3 level they should be able to use kekkei genkai chakra natuare like lava style

All of you need to stop asking to be kage, you're only ruining chances to even get close to being one. Also, just because you're a ***sage doesn't make you automatically qualified to be kage.

Kage is totally biased, you either have to be related to the creators, know them personally, or be best friends with them. And with the mention of limiting jutsus, if they were to make it so that you can only use jutsus that correspond to your element, many people would have only 1-2 jutsus or none at all. Also, online has already hinted of adding kekkai genkais as a pass later on, so requesting it really isn't going to do anything.
