This is the Prima Promotion System of the Courage led by dslord222 - in this guide you shall find out everything you need to know in order to have an ensured understanding of the group's promotions. As well as a guaranteed understanding of the group generally. = Ranks: [1] Minion The rank of 'Minion' is for those who have not yet proved any skill in any subject within Courage, they are often looked upon even though they should be promoted if they use their top notch skill for the next ranks. Their support is required as the first rank people will see upon viewing the group is their rank, so a lot of Minions is suggested - therefore HRs should be recruiting a lot! [2] Aide An Aide is those who **have** proven their skill and reached their first rank within Courage. They are respected more or less than a Minion - but are certainly deemed to be more powerful and expected to come to raids. [3] Protector A Protector is the rank that activity is at it's best, these fellows should try to defend and patrol our forts as much as possible for their promotion. Their handiness is suggested within trainings, raids and rallies (and other events!) in order for their dedication noticing. [4] Honoured Protector The rank of Honoured Protector truly is an **honour**! They have proven thereselves worthy of becoming not just a Protector - but an honoured one. These are expected to do what Protectors do yet even more, which will show their dedication to Courage, this will not go unnoticed nor unrewarded. [5] Cutthroat The Cutthroats shall be respected with no question, for they are the first rank allowed to command somebody - yet not successfully lead a training or be supervised to. Their purple colours are to be flashed regularly within Courage for their dedication would be superior. [6] Eviscerator Alas, the rank of which is named after a very gruesome Japanese ritual. Well basically, google it and then realise that that's what this rank does to raiders. Yes, that means you have to kill a lot of raiders. [7] Inductor Inductors are to be respected much more than an average rank - for they are the first of the Semi-MRs and have power over ALL lower ranks. They can command but not co-co-host, co-host or host a training. [8] Ordinal An Ordinal is the first rank allowed to co-co-host a training, but not co-host or host. They have proven their skills maximum and shall be respected for that from lower ranks and higher ranks. [9] Baron Do not fiddle with a Baron for their supremacy is overwhelming, these have the viciousness of now being able to become an apprentice of any Dignitary+, which means they can instantly tell their mentor to punish you - yet they must NOT be corrupt. They can co-co-host a training and not co-host or host. [10] Noble Nobles can finally co-host a training, as well as be an apprentice also - seems like their priveleges are too high, but they are the 10th rank and a semi-MR. They are to be respected more than a Baron but Nobles must also respect their inferiors. [11] Conductor -- SKIPPABLE, BUT RECOMMENDED The Conductor is the rank right before their supreme roles, they must train to be agile and buff - as well as practice their intelligence and leadership skills. They will be promoted once they prove this to a HR, Conductors have 10 weeks to do this (can be tested in the weeks) before demotion to Noble. If they fail said exam they will not be demoted. They can co-host. [12] Executive I First level of Executive - finally can host a training supervised by a Celestium or over. They must use good leadership, and can only be promoted WITH leadership, not with skill. [13] Executive II Second level of Executive. [14] Executive III Third level of Executive - will be promoted to Dignitary after a meeting bringing together all of Courage to vote on promotion. [15] Dignitary Dignitaries MUST be respected with all respect, and they themselves are expected to follow each rule and not disobey. They are the full example for each member, and must not defy this or they shall be punished themselves. They cannot supervise Executive trainings, but can hold their own. [16] Celestium A Celestium is the rank of which they can hold trainings and supervise them alike - as well as they are the final rank completable by a normal member. This is the epic scenario before the 3% chance of Earl promotion. [17] Earl Earl - finally made it! This is to the point where a Lord has chosen you to be his mentee and therefore allowed you into the Earls. This rank has a limit of 24 people. [18] Lord Each person in this rank is chosen by the Great Lord himself. They have a limit of 8 members within it and cannot exceed the boundary. They are allowed to choose 3 mentees within the Earls. [19] Great Lord The Great Lord is he who leads Courage. He shall not be denied and treated with most respect in serious situations. He controls all spectrums of Courage and knows everything which goes on - I recommend you don't do anything extremely bad for everything is reported to him at the end of each event. = Q/A === EXECUTIVES === - I'm an Executive I/II, how do I get promoted? You are to act like a true model within Courage - and stop all arguments or malfunctions in your respected gaze. - Am I allowed to host a training? ONLY with supervision and permission from said Celestium+. You are to not act immaturely as a trainer though, or you will not get your leaderships! - Should I report mishaps or arguments to a higher rank? Only if they get out of hand, given as your rank is Executive, you are expected to solve it yourself. - How do I lead a training? Do not go over the top with punishments, that's all. === LOWER RANKS === - Someone is disrespecting me and flaming me endlessly, what do I do? If it is a small argument, report it to a Executive I+ If it is larger than that, and quite a bullying situation, report it IMMEDIATELY to an Earl or Lord. Keep in mind that if you retaliated to the other person you will be punished accordingly too. - Should I raid randomly in Courage uniform? Never, unless it's a group we are currently hostile or at war with, you are free to raid it randomly with our uniform on. - How do I patrol? Go to one of our forts and then say on the wall you are patrolling and wish for people to come - that will start a mob of Courage at the fort. = RULES: === REQUIRED === [~] Uniform at each event - even patrol. [~] Each HR Command to be followed without question - arguing with a HR results in a certain demotion or punishment. [~] Every rank deserves respect, do Courage a favour and follow this. === PREFERRED === [~] Maturity and seriousness. [~] Skill with SF'ing or GF'ing, go to front page games for help - or popular practice games. = ~ Great Lord dslord222 ~~ Lord Quidditchman Which came first? The ROBLOXian or the Brick?
