Portal 3 CAN'T happen. Well, it can't happen with Chell, unless she goes back to Aperture. They COULD make one with a new character, or, go back in time to when Aperture and the portal device were just made.
As for Half Life, two Half's make a whole. |

Portal was a boring puzzle game with a unique and slightly amusing mechanic that got far more praise then I think it deserved. I really hope they don't make a sequel. |

Eh, I couldn't have seen a sequel to the original Portal. I'm thinking Valve might do what they did with the first and add a minor alteration to the ending that could tease a sequel.

Portal isn't a Half-Life sequel. Portal was originally a mod for Half-Life that got turned into it's own game, just like Garry's Mod.
