Hello, soldier. This is the official Maldarek Empire Hand Book. All rules on this sheet MUST be followed, or demotions and exile will be in order. Glory to Maldarek Empire!
Group Battle Cry: Glory to Maldarek Empire!
(This battle cry has been evolved over the ages to "Glory!", "Hail", etc. In the end, it all falls under one banner... Maldarek Empire.
1.
You should ALWAYS call a high rank "Sir". It shows respect, discipline and above all gets you promotions a lot faster than if you didn't say "Sir". You don't need to say "Sir, [Text], sir." just refer to them as "Sir".
[ON DUTY]
Always and at all times, you must address a superior as "Sir".
[OFF DUTY]
You don't have to call them "Sir" if you don't want to, if a higher rank wants you to call them "Sir", you should but other than that, you can relax.

Be mature and strict, don't dance and jump around, be respectable, you are representing ME. When you meet another member or higher rank of ME salute them by writing -Salute- or using a salute tool if provided.
[ON DUTY]
Of course, you should always do this when on-duty; I shouldn't even have to say that.
[OFF DUTY]
You can relax and forget about being really strict and such, when you're off-duty you can do whatever you want, within reason, if a higher rank tells you to calm down, you should do so immediately. Apart from that, you can party with your Maldarek buddies/comrades.

I cannot stress how IMPORTANT this one is, it's pretty much ESSENTIAL to being in ME. If you don't follow this rule, you won't be getting in ME. If you ever meet a Maldarek soldier that uses bad grammar, they probably make up for it with EXTREMELY good skills in combat, if they are only average in combat and don't have good grammar; you should report them to a high rank.

Do not EVER spam CAPS unless you are a high rank shouting an order so that lower ranks will notice your order. You must speak with as best grammar you can, use capital letters, full stops, the lot. This is harder for some than others but is essential to being a Maldarek.
[ON DUTY]
Again, this is all the time; you won't be in ME long if you can't follow this rule properly.
[OFF DUTY]
You don't have to follow this rule when you're off-duty as you are relaxing and just messing around, being yourself and having fun. I'd like you to follow this rule whenever you can, but you won't get in trouble for not following it in a victory party.

When you kill someone, DO NOT saying "pwnd", it is very noobish, if you want to be a Maldarek you must NEVER say "owned", "pwned", "fail", etc.. It is because of rules like this that we are such an organized and honorable clan. Break this and you will get in trouble quickly.
[ON DUTY]
Never break this rule, no matter how much you may want to, no matter how much the enemy says "Pwned" or "lol i owned u nub" you are never to fall to that level.
[OFF DUTY]
You should get used to not saying taunts like these off-duty as well since it shows that you are mature and intelligent, but since you're free to do what you want within reason, you are allowed to say things like this if you really want to.
5.
Wear the FULL uniform AS MUCH as possible; the uniform represents you're part in ME, you're authority. This is a very important rule, you should be proud to wear the uniform; it shows that you are a skilled player and that you have earned a place in the Maldarek Empire.
[ON DUTY]
You must ALWAYS wear this on-duty, ESPECIALLY on raids, failure to do so will have you demoted and most likely exiled, wearing the uniform is essential in ME.
[OFF DUTY]
You are allowed to wear whatever you want when you are off-duty, feel free to wear whatever sort of casual clothes you wish. But you need to keep this within reason, don't wear anything too ridiculous.
6.
When on a raid NEVER surrender, don't quit, never be taken prisoner (You are expected to kill yourself rather than be taken prisoner, prisoners will be left for dead), don't give up. Keep fighting and fighting until there's no more fighting to fight. The enemy will tire and they will quit and surrender when they see your devotion. Staying in a fight longer than anyone else WILL get you a promotion, not instant but after a few times, you will. Also, you should not go AFK on a raid; it’s pretty obvious why you shouldn't.
[ON DUTY]
Never ever break this rule, you can only leave if something important is happening in real life, other than that, we need every soldier we can get.
[OFF DUTY]
While you are off-duty you are not permitted to be in the presence of on-duty ME so you should not be in a ME battle unless you are on-duty.
7.
If you are the last ME on the battlefield and the rest HAD to leave for some VERY important reason, keep fighting, show the enemy that we do not need numbers to win, show that each one of us is a one man army on their own.
Now, I understand this is a very, very tough rule to follow, you don't NEED to stay there but your devotion to the fight will be rewarded, if you were to be 1 v 5 and you actually took over the base and kept them out ALONE and claimed victory, a promotion may be in store for you.
[ON DUTY]
You don't need to follow this, as it's so hard to stay when you're completely outnumbered. If you are being spawn killed or there is no way into the enemy base, you are authorized to leave the area if you deem it necessary.
[OFF DUTY]
While you are off-duty you are not permitted to be in the presence of on-duty Maldarek so you should not be in a ME battle unless you are on-duty.
8.
No matter how intense the battle is, ALWAYS remember to look up at the chat to see if an officer is giving an order. Failure to follow orders WILL NOT be tolerated.
[ON DUTY]
ALWAYS follow this rule, we cannot have blind soldiers on the battlefield, failure to follow this simple rule will result in a demotion.
[OFF DUTY]
If you are off-duty, you should not be in a battle/raid that includes ME.
9.
Faces are not allowed in Maldarek Empire. Anyone caught using faces frequently will be demoted somewhere in the LR rankings.
[ON DUTY]
ALWAYS follow this rule, otherwise a demotion shall be issued.
[OFF DUTY]
It is not a necessity to follow this rule, although if you are with a HR, it would be wise not to.
SHOCK TROOPERS
Shock Troopers is EXTREMELY hard to achieve. Shock Troopers is only for the most dedicated, and most skilled. Shock Troopers is for the genetically formed, and/or fit to be a Shock Trooper, it may not always be your fault. Over 95% of the members fail to achieve Shock Trooper's position. This is simply because, not all of the world is capable of possessing certain attributes. We have ways of "molding and meshing you into a soldier", but Shock Troopers are for the naturally gifted. Shock Troopers is achieved by following the rules listed above, and just in general being skilled at ROBLOX itself. Beyond what I said here is top secret and will be kept top secret until you pass the test. Shock Troopers is highly valued, and Maldarek Empire's last line of defense in a national crisis.
MALDAREK EMPIRE PRODUCTIONS
Maldarek Empire Productions is the other division you can achieve in Maldarek Empire. Maldarek Empire Productions is for the builders, scripters, designers, etc. of Maldarek Empire. Once again, this is hard to achieve. As said above, everyone has special contributes to life. Some will make this rank, some will not. Do not feel discouraged if you fail to achieve.
MALDAREK EMPIRE VEHICLE DIVISION
The MEVD's difficulty is depended on by the unit's doctrine leader. The units are Land Unit, Sea Unit, Air Unit. You will be tested by the unit's leader. PM the unit's leader for additional information.

MALDAREK EMPIRE SHUTDOWNS
May I just clarify that Maldarek Empire does not "hack", nor "scam" people of clans. We take clans that are owned by "No one" or buy them off of leaders, or just graciously take clans from people who need to get rid of them. We are always willing to give them back to the designated owner, if asked for by the leader in particular.
"THE IMPERIAL RISE"
"The Imperial Rise", is a coalition originally founded by Lord Mason986, TheRealGlobotLeader, and AsaSanada. After AsaSanada betrayed the coalition, "The Imperial Rise" was forced to fight his clan in order to obtain justice and freedom. In the end, we won valiantly. AsaSanada's Empire (The Arcterax Empire) joined "The Blaze Coalition" in order to face TIR. TIR defeated TBC with ease at multiple clan's forts, defended, and won the final battle. Casualties were few. Maldarek Empire currently leads this coalition, thus TheRealGlobotLeader aids. Multiple clans request for TIR weekly, but only few get accepted. This is yet again another prestigious and strict part of Maldarek Empire's life, and will be respected, or else you will be taken under our wing as "defeated".
