The Department of Education will serve as a 1 way training program. The goal is to save stress for other academies. We will watch over every academy to see if they're doing their job right to make sure every trainee has the best knowledge if they pass to the agency of their choice and we will make sure every agency has the right materials/resources in order to make sure every student learns properly. We may also have instructors to give to another agency if they're in desperate need of one. If an academy has a troubled student, they may send him/her to us and we'll make sure him/her are fit to rejoin the academy and raise their chances of graduating the academy. Ex. "Joe is having trouble as the CIA academy, he has not gotten so much points and he lives in the UK." Joe will be sent to us and once he passes he can state "I have passed the DoE training program" which will raise their chances of getting into the academy agency. We are simply a tool to improve standards of those who will serve us in the future to make them to be the best they can be.
