You should be able to sell non-limited items even if your NBC you still can.
Give every new user 5 hours of BC so they could play as a bc and if they liked those 5 hours they could buy more.
More expensive stuff in the catalog so NBC'ers have to buy BC or ROBUX to get anything.
NBC'S should start with 5 robux.
BC's should earn 50 robux a day.
TBC's should earn 100
OBC's should earn 200
