That means the owner shut it down or someone hacked it.

First of all your not stating anything about the device or CPU you are using for ROBLOX. Simply reply what CPU or iOS device you are currently using to run ROBLOX

Also shut downs can result in App difficulties, Updates, Exploiters, and even a random shut downs due to the owners desires.

Hello, If This Continues To Happen, It Could Be Any Of These Things: ~ There Is A Hacker On The Server ( S ) You Are On ~ You Have A Bad WiFi Connection ( Try Resetting Your Router ) ~ Your Computer Isn't Working / Too Much Lag ~ The Game ( S ) Have Too Many Players To Support Everyone.
