Jared was terminated. And poison banned. He doesn't exist on ROBLOX anymore because he was a severe place stealer/exploiter who stole great places, slapped a new name on them and called it his.
There are people who get terminated, but we never know. The ban system works like this:
Reminder, Warning, 1-Day, 3-Day, 7-Day, 14-Day, Termination, Poison, IP
However, you can get multiple 1 or 3-day bans.
If you get your account terminated, you've really done something wrong, and not just for that one offense, but your previous offenses as well.

My 2 alts got terminated for weirdest reasons, like:
"Brb, going to S&I.";
and posting on a bad thread (doing that is not really bad)

Yes.
I am not going to say what I ask, due to the admins will probably delete me for even saying it (which they warned me for).
It was a real term used and I felt insulted by it, so I asked what it is. |

This is very true. I fully support.
I do agree that if you buy OBC and then break the rules really bad then yes it's your own fault. But sometimes you can get terminated over cheap stuff and sometimes by mistake. I remember once I got my account deleted for something I didn't do then I found out later it was a mistake and they where suosed to ban someone called aquaits instead...
And on one of my old accounts I saved up money for 2 years to buy OBC 12 months and loads of R$. 2 days later I got terminated. Reason I got terminated? FOR POSTING IN THE WRONG FORUM...
Yes, I was new to the forum at that time. And I posted in the wrong forum once and lost almost $400

If you get terminated for no reason or by accident, you can email the appeals address.
If they deny you, then try emailing the actual ROBLOX account.
If that doesn't work, then you're out of luck.

Iron is right. It is very difficult to get your account terminated. ROBLOX does not terminate for ridiculous reasons like said above. And, if you do in fact get your account terminated, it is 100% YOUR FAULT. You deserve nothing back if you violated the terms of service. |

What if out of the blue you were told you couldn't have your account ever again because you screwed up one day in the past?

Well, I used to get banned for stupid stuff all the time a long time ago, but not anymore... I guess they fixed the broken system, thankfully. |

They still have accidents.
Sometimes I think the mods are biased about what and what is not really worth a punishment. |

They don't terminate for once in a while cussing.
They terminate for:
*Exploiting/Cheating
*Multiple Moderation Actions against an Account
*Create an Account to Harrass or to Break the Rules
*Bad Username
^Those, would get you terminated. They rarely terminate accounts. So if you do any of the above, your fault. |

Heh, I like how you guys say your fault.
There's ton's of reports coming in, and admins several times get others mixed up with other people.
I've seen two unfair terminated accounts in the last week. |

There are slip-ups in the system where wrong accounts get deleted or banned, but that's where the APPEALS EMAIL comes in handy. Use it. If it doesn't work, email ROBLOX themselves.
Other than the times where they screw up and ban the wrong account, termination is for a reason, and is not the worst ban you can get. If you get it, most of the time, it's your fault.

They probably can't pay attention to the appeals. I bet they get thousands of "pls unban my acount i did nothing wrong mods pls pls pls unban me" appeals every day

You guys don't get the point.
If your account got deleted because you did something stupid when you were like 6 years old, you shouldn't have to not be able to have it when you're more mature at 17 years old or so. |

I've been banned for countless things... I hope I don't get terminated. Only ONE of these bans was one I deserved---I was sending out spam PMS to people to come to my place early on in roblox. All the other ones were stupid things such as me calling someone a moron, sending someone a link to a youtube video, saying root b33r (I said it in l33t speak just in case), responding to a thread with an inappropriate title, saying someone's name that had slang for the f word in it (I was not aware of this), and a couple of other things. |

Terminations are normally taken if you have multiple high-offense bans on your account (7-14, occasionally 3 day, depends) and/or you do something very vulgar/do a large exploit.
If you've gotten multiple warnings/occasional 1-day bans, you normally don't need to worry about termination.

If you buy roughly 350 - 400 dollars on a game just to screw around, break the rules, and get your account terminated, that's your own fault. You don't deserve a refund. Also:

I do support the idea of lenience around terminations, as sometimes people will be terminated for silly reasons, but you should NOT get a refund. At all.
