Because donations don't work.
Roblox is not the kind of thing you just accept donations for. We have a lot of servers and we have a lot of developers writing code for those servers. These kinds of things aren't cheap and cost a lot of money.
People have tried the idea of games run on donations in the past, and none of them ever end up working out. It seems like a good idea to just have some people chip in, but ultimately the donations never cover the costs of a server or two. And we're much larger than that.
So, we have to find something to offer you guys for a small amount of money. The servers are expensive, but if we got $1 from every single Roblox user who visits each month we'd be rolling in money. Unfortunately we don't, so we have a few Robux purchase options and some other stuff that we offer a bit more than that. The people who buy Robux and BC (especially BC, thanks BC bros) keep Roblox afloat and free for everyone else.
So this ends up working for everyone. We offer the base Roblox game for free (totally free, you can do anything in the game client for free) and we offer some additional website features for a paid price. People who are super into customization and markets and hats have the ability to go down that route. The people who aren't can go and make awesome games. I'm pretty sure Merely bought a month of BC and that's all until he started using DevEx.
So we're fairly happy with the various BC and Robux purchase options to help with income so we can keep running servers and keep awesome developers around. |

I gotta admit, club penguin's customer support is better because a real human replies to you. It took roblox 3 days to give me a reply vs club penguin took me 1/2 days to get a reply |

No support. If you get terminated, then suck it. You deserve it. You don't deserve to get refunds, or anything like that. Also, the chances of actually getting terminated is very low, like 2 in 100. Especially with the crappy moderation system.

And getting terminated twice by greeting guests. |

They wont give you items you have legitimate proof that you should have after 14 days of the incident. I doubt they would listen to this. Though there are times that roblox does terminate you for someones false report, though it is really rare now. This is what I have to say.

This will reduce the amount of ban evaders. Plus, people get falsely banned. So support. |

They do give you a few days after termination to get your money back. |

If you buy roughly 350 - 400 dollars on a game just to screw around, break the rules, and get your account terminated, that's your own fault. You don't deserve a refund. Also:
